Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship orders will be processed within 24 hours. Custom made to order products take 1-2 weeks to process, but they can take up to 4 weeks depending on the following factors: complexity, workload, and current supply chain issues.

Most orders will deliver within 3-5 business days after they have been processed, but it could take up to 7-10 days for some destinations within the United States.

Please be aware that UPS and USPS sometimes have shipping delays that affect how long your delivery may take.

Order Tracking

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be provided by email.

Incorrect Shipping Information & Other

Orders placed with incorrect information that cause your order to not be delivered is your responsibility.

The Crafty Babe Studio is not responsible for orders that were lost by the shipping company or stolen after they were delivered.

Damaged Package

The Crafty Babe Studio is not responsible for damages done by carriers. If your package has arrived damaged during shipping handling please submit a claim with USPS/UPS:
